A suitable weather window on Sunday facilitated transit of a helicopter to the Island for scheduled winch operations. Winch training will be undertaken at the airport today, with winch access in the Southern Mountains to commence from Tuesday, pending weather.

The operational window for this project is from 28 October to 17 November, with up to 14 operational days forecast in this period. 

No Drone Zone
