Severe weather warning – SES advice

Damaging surf conditions are expected to develop from late this afternoon (12 July) and gradually abate from late morning Saturday (13 July).

Waves are expected to exceed 5 metres during this period, reaching up to 6 metres late this Friday evening.

Damaging winds are expected during Friday afternoon and through to early Saturday morning.
 
The NSW State Emergency Services advise you:

  • Check your property regularly for erosion or inundation by sea water, and if necessary raise goods and electrical items.
  • Stay out of the water and stay well away from surf-exposed areas.
  • Stay indoors away from windows and keep children indoors.
