Review Of The Board’s Vehicle Importation Transfer And Use Policy

At the December 2022 Board Meeting, changes were made to the policy, these changes being:

  • Approve the inclusion of Transport for NSW Maritime to the Schedule of Essential Services with an allocation of one (1) fuel trailer to be used by LHI Port Operations and NSW Police as per their current approval.
  • Approve the application from Transport for NSW Maritime for the inclusion of one (1) boat trailer to the Schedule of Essential Service vehicles.

The revised Vehicle Importation, Transfer and Use Policy is now on public exhibition for a period of 28 days from 11 January 2023 to 17 February 2023 (close of business). Copies of the policy will be on display at the Board's Administration Office during normal business hours and electronic copies can be found on the Board’s website.
